I bring therapy to you.  My focus is restoring your body to the most optimal level possible by utilizing a variety of manual techniques/methods. I explain what is happening in your body and how you can assist in healing with specific exercises, postural re-education, ergonomics and fitness.

Initial Evaluation $225-$275 (75 min)*

Follow Up Sessions $170-$200 (55 min)*

Making change is always daunting.  Health coaching can help. Through motivational interviewing, we partner to find your barriers, your will to change, your drive and your goals. Whether it is to lose weight, start a fitness program, control medical issues through lifestyle changes or general wellness, health coaching is a great place to begin. 

Initial Consult: $150 (60 min)

Follow Up Sessions: $90 (45 min.)

As people are spending many hours in front of computers, tablets and phones our posture and body mechanics are paying a price. Let me come to your work space and make sure it is set up properly and effectively.

Ergonomic Evaluation starting at $160/hr

Kinetic Motion is not a contracted provider with any health insurances.  We are considered "out of network" for commercial insurance.  A superbill will be provided upon request.  Superbills can not be submitted to Medicare.  Payments are expected at time of service.  Health Coaching and Ergonomic assessments are not covered services for health insurances, however they may be used as part of a health savings account.
